Ingredients:
250g strawberries
30g sugar or any other sweetener
500ml heavy cream
6g gelatin
Preparation:
- With hand blender smash strawberries with sugar, then strain the mixture through the sieve to take seed off
- Soak gelatin in water with an ice cube for 10 minutes
- Take several spoons of strawberry mixture and already swallowed gelatin, microwave for about 10 minutes until gelatin dissolves
- Fold it to the rest of strawberry mixture
- Whip heavy cream till stiff peaks
- Gently combine strawberry mixture and heavy cream
- Pure the mousse into nice glasses and refrigerate for 4 hours
