Ingredients:
200g couscous
1 medium onion
3 tablespoons tomato paste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Dice onions in small pieces and fry them until soft and transparent
- Add tomato paste and couscous to onions and mix everything very well
- Pure in water. It should be 1cm more than couscous.
- Cook on the medium heat for 15 minutes
*-instead of couscous you may use bulgur or quinoa
