Choux - Taste of Childhood

Ingredients:

Pastry:

250ml water

100g butter

200g flour

4 eggs

Custard Cream

1 egg

100g sugar

4 tablespoon flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

400ml milk

Preparation:

Pastry:  

  • Bring to boil water Heat oil, add onions and fry until soft and transparent
  • Add carrots and celery and fry again until soft
  • Add curry powder, garam masala, cumin, salt, tomato paste, ginger and garlic and cook for a minute
  • Add chickpeas and coconut milk
  • Reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes
