Caesar Dressing

Ingredients:

1 egg

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon squeezed lemon juice

250 ml any vegetable oil (i mix different olive, avocado, sunflower, grapeseed oils)

1 clove garlic

6-8 anchovy filletes optional

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Place in a beaker all ingredients
