Ingredients:
1 big romaine lettuce
1 chicken breast
100g chopped and fried bacon (optional)
100g croutons
50g shaved parmesan cheese
Dressing
200ml Homemade mayonnaise or Caesar Salad Dressing
Preparation:
- Wash then cut romaine lettuce in bite-sized pieces
- Add dressing and mix very well, dressing should be spread evenly on the leaves
- Cut chicken breast in tow pieces, add salt and black pepper and fry from both sides
- Place already cooled chicken breast over the salad
- Add parmesan cheese, fried bacon and croutons
