Chicken Fajitas with Different Toppings



Sour Cream

Shredded Cheese

Shredded Lettuce

Diced Tomatoes



1 kg chicken breast

2 bell peppers any color

2 medium onions

Vegetable oil to fry


1 pack Fajita mix bought in a store

Or you can make your own mix:

1/2 lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt to taste


  • Cut chicken breast into short, thin strips. Add all spices and marinade for at least 4 hours or overnight
  • Cut onions into half-moons, peppers into short and thin strips and fry until tender and crispy
  • In a separate pan fry chicken and when it is ready, mix with peppers and onions

Serve with tortillas/tacos and different toppings
