Favorite Quinoa


200g cooked quinoa

1 big, ripe hass avocado

2 medium size tomato

1/2 red onion finely chopped

1 pack feta cheese

1/2 lemon juice

Olive oil



  • Use any type of quinoa, in the photo i have white quinoa.
  • Dice tomatos, avocados and cheese into cubes size of 1,5x1,5cm and add to quinoa
  • Add oil and lemon juice and diced onion
  • Mix everything together.

Salad is ready. Enjoy!!!
