Flamy couscous


200g couscous

1 medium onion

3 tablespoons tomato paste

Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Dice onions in small pieces and fry them until soft and transparent
  • Add tomato paste and couscous to onions and mix everything very well
  • Pure in water. It should be 1cm more than couscous.
  • Cook on the medium heat for 15 minutes

*-instead of couscous you may use bulgur or quinoa
