Fresh Green Salad


1 box cherry tomatoes

1 pack asparagus

1 bell pepper

1 pack green beans

2 boxes of salad mix

2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

2 tablespoon sunflower seeds

2 tablespoon pine seeds

A lot of herbs – province herbs, basil, oregano,

Salt, pepper to taste


1 teaspoon mustard

250ml vegetable oil or 125 olive oil and 125 sunflower oil or any mix

125 ml balsamic vinegar

*-This is not for 1 portion, you can make more and keep in refrigerator

*- Vinegar and oil should be in 1:2 proportion


  • Cut into halves cherry tomatoes, asparagus, green beans, bell pepper
  • Bake all vegetables for 15 minutes altogether
  • Mix everything together: baked vegetables, salad mix, all seeds and dressing
