Granola Homemade

I have almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios

and as dried fruits my favorite cranberries


250g raw, whole rolled oats

150g chopped row nuts

100g chopped dried fruits

4 tbsp maple syrup

3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil

½ tbsp vanila extract

Pinch of fine sea salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  • Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 150C
  • Keep granola in a in an airtight container in the fridge up to a month

*- Use any nuts and dry fruits you like. This portion in good for one baking sheet, you may double the portion.
