Salmon Patties with Yogurt Sauce


Salmon Patties

500g salmon fillet

1 egg

1 medium onion finely chopped

4 tablespoons chopped cilantro

4 tablespoons breadcrumbs

4 tablespoons mascarpone

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Oil to fry

Yogurt Sauce

200g plain yogurt

1/2 lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 clove garlic

Sea salt to taste


  • Chop salmon into small pieces
  • Combine together all ingredients
  • Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture, roll and press with your hands and mold a patty
  • Fry on both sides until golden brown. Flip carefully, as the patties are very fragile while they are hot
  • For the sauce mix all ingredients well and serve with the patties
