Salmon Pie

I prepare the same pie with different fillings - always fresh, nice and light.


1 squre sheet puff pastry

200g salmon (maybe more it depends on the size of your pastry)

3 tablespoons mascarpone

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  • Cut salmon in 1cm cubes
  • Add mascarpone, salt and black pepper and mix everything properly
  • Put the pastry on a baking sheet, place the filling in the middle of the pastry
  • Cut the edges of the pastry and fold the pie, as it is shown in the picture bellow
  • Apply egg wash over the pie
  • Bake at 180C about 25 minutes, until the top of the pie is rouge and looks crunchy.
