Steaks in Wine


2 steak meat approximately 250 grams

1 carrot peeled

1 celery stalk

1 small onion

200ml red wine

2 teaspoons rosemary

Salt and freshly ground black pepper


  • Wash steaks and place in a pot
  • Cut carrot, celery stalk in 3cm length, onion into quarters and place next to steaks
  • Pure in wine, it will halfway cover the meat
  • Sprinkle rosemary, salt and pepper
  • Cook on low heat for 2 hours, but don't forget flipp the steaks after 1 hour

Steaks come out melting. Kids just love it. Enjoy
