Strawberry Mousse


250g strawberries

30g sugar or any other sweetener

500ml heavy cream

6g gelatin


  • With hand blender smash strawberries with sugar, then strain the mixture through the sieve to take seed off
  • Soak gelatin in water with an ice cube for 10 minutes
  • Take several spoons of strawberry mixture and already swallowed gelatin, microwave for about 10 minutes until gelatin dissolves
  • Fold it to the rest of strawberry mixture
  • Whip heavy cream till stiff peaks
  • Gently combine strawberry mixture and heavy cream
  • Pure the mousse into nice glasses and refrigerate for 4 hours
