Ingredients:
1 pack about 10 medium size champignons
150g mozzarella
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce to sprinkle
100ml homemade mayonnaise
Salt and black pepper
Preparation:
- Wash carefully champignons and remove dirt from cups
- Cut out the the stems and sprinkle the cups of mushroom with soy sauce
- Grate mozzarella, mix with mayonnaise and add crashed garlic
- Add salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Fill the cups of mushroom with the mixture and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180C
