Stuffed Champignons


1 pack about 10 medium size champignons

150g mozzarella

1 clove garlic

2 tablespoons soy sauce to sprinkle

100ml homemade mayonnaise

Salt and black pepper


  • Wash carefully champignons and remove dirt from cups
  • Cut out the the stems and sprinkle the cups of mushroom with soy sauce
  • Grate mozzarella, mix with mayonnaise and add crashed garlic
  • Add salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Fill the cups of mushroom with the mixture and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180C
