Poached Salmon Fillets


200g fillets of salmon each portion

1/2 cup of white wine

1/2 sliced lemon

2 cloves of garlic

1 rosemary leaf

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and Pepepr


200g heavy cream

100g blue cheese


  • Wash salmon with cold water and take out bones.
  • In a pot with 2 litre of water add white wine, lemon, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper and bring ti boil
  • Add salmon fillets and cook for 12-15 minutes.
  • Bring to boil heavy cream and melt blue cheese inside it

Serve salmon fillets with some spoons of sauce on top of them.
