150g cooked bulgur

100g parsley stems removed

5g of fresh mint leaves

30g of scallions

3 big tomatoes

2 tablespoons of tomato paste optional

1 lemon juice

Salt and olive oil to taste


  • Chop tomatoes and all herbs
  • Combine everything together and mix well

*- if tomatoes are not juicy, tomato paste will give softness to the salad.
