Hummus

Ingredients:

1 canned chickpeas

Caramel

100g sugar

50g butter

Preparation

Caramel — Put sugar with butter on the stove with medium

heat, don’t stir, wait until it gets brown

2. Pure the caramel into the tart form

3.      

Peel the apples and slice4.      

Add the apples to caramel5.      

Cover it with rolled dough and make sure that the

dough goes tidily inside by edges 6.      

Make holes with fork 7.      

Bake 30 minutes at the temperature 180C. *Wash the caramel pot with cold water

Tart Tatin

Ingredients:

Dough -pate brisee

4-5 apples (depends on the size and the form)

Caramel

100g sugar

50g butter

Preparation
