Cauliflower Hummus

Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower around 1 kg
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
2 cloves of minced garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon sweet red pepper
Preparation:
- Cook cauliflower until softer and tender, I steamed around 15 minutes
- Add all ingredients in a blender and mix until hummus is white and smooth
- Decorate with cumin and red pepper
