Granola Homemade

I have almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios
and as dried fruits my favorite cranberries

Ingredients:
250g raw, whole rolled oats
150g chopped row nuts
100g chopped dried fruits
4 tbsp maple syrup
3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
½ tbsp vanila extract
Pinch of fine sea salt
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 10 minutes at 150C
- Keep granola in a in an airtight container in the fridge up to a month
*- Use any nuts and dry fruits you like. This portion in good for one baking sheet, you may double the portion.
