Rainbow Hummus

Ingredients:
Classic Hummus:
500g chickpeas canned or cooked
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
2 cloves of minced garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Avocado hummus:
1/2 avocado
1 handful cilantro leaves
Pepper hummus:
3 small canned sweet red peppers or half of baked pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients of classic hummus in a blender, until hummus is white and smooth.
- Split hummus in 3 parts equally.
- Take 3 nice serving bowls. 1 part of your hummus you can already put in a bowl.
- Take 1/3 of hummus add avocado and cilantro and mix in a blender again. Place the mixture in a bowl.
- Add sweet red pepper and pinch of cayenne pepper to the third part of the hummus and again mix in a blender, until it is smooth. Place in a bowl.
*- Ideas of colorful and different type of hummus are different. You can make beet, pumpkin, carrot, black bean hummus. Create in your kitchen and add colors!
