Avocado Dressing
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon squeezed lemon juice
250 ml any avocado oil
1/2 avocado
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a beaker
