Choux — Taste of Childhood
Ingredients:

250ml water
100g butter
200g flour
4 eggs
Custard Cream
1 egg
100g sugar
4 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
400ml milk
Preparation:
Pastry:
- Bring to boil water Heat oil, add onions and fry until soft and transparent
- Add carrots and celery and fry again until soft
- Add curry powder, garam masala, cumin, salt, tomato paste, ginger and garlic and cook for a minute
- Add chickpeas and coconut milk
- Reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes
