Favorite Quinoa

Ingredients:
200g cooked quinoa
1 big, ripe hass avocado
2 medium size tomato
1/2 red onion finely chopped
1 pack feta cheese
1/2 lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation:
- Use any type of quinoa, in the photo i have white quinoa.
- Dice tomatos, avocados and cheese into cubes size of 1,5×1,5cm and add to quinoa
- Add oil and lemon juice and diced onion
- Mix everything together.
Salad is ready. Enjoy!!!
