Salmon Pie


I prepare the same pie with different fillings — always fresh, nice and light.
Ingredients:
1 squre sheet puff pastry
200g salmon (maybe more it depends on the size of your pastry)
3 tablespoons mascarpone
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cut salmon in 1cm cubes
- Add mascarpone, salt and black pepper and mix everything properly
- Put the pastry on a baking sheet, place the filling in the middle of the pastry
- Cut the edges of the pastry and fold the pie, as it is shown in the picture bellow
- Apply egg wash over the pie
- Bake at 180C about 25 minutes, until the top of the pie is rouge and looks crunchy.
