Salmon Patties with Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:
Salmon Patties
500g salmon fillet
1 egg
1 medium onion finely chopped
4 tablespoons chopped cilantro
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons mascarpone
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Oil to fry
Yogurt Sauce
200g plain yogurt
1/2 lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
Sea salt to taste
Preparation:
- Chop salmon into small pieces
- Combine together all ingredients
- Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture, roll and press with your hands and mold a patty
- Fry on both sides until golden brown. Flip carefully, as the patties are very fragile while they are hot
- For the sauce mix all ingredients well and serve with the patties
