Fresh Quinoa Salad


1 pack salad mix (around 200g)

100g cooked quinoa

1 medium cucumber

100g canned pitted black olives

1/2 red onion

100g feta cheese

1/2 lemon juice

Olive oil

Sea salt


  • Add lemon juice and olive oil to cooked quinoa
  • Slice cucumber into circles
  • Drain canned olives
  • Thinly slice red onion in half-moons *
  • Quinoa, cucumber, olives and onions mix with salad
  • Cut feta into small cubes and place over the salad

*- Cut onions put in vinegar water. This will take away the bitter taste.
