Armenian GATA with Walnuts

Hello my name is Arus. I am from Yerevan, Armenia, but I have been an expat wife last 10 years. Though I miss very much my home, I enjoy being an expat wife.

Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

1 zucchini

1 eggplant

1 bell pepper

10 champignons

1 big red onion

1 whole garlic

2 teaspoons province herbs (marjoram, oregano, rosemary and thyme)

Olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Cut all vegetables in 2x2cm cubes
  • Cut onion in big rings and garlic in half
  • Put everything in a big bowl, add spices, olive oil and mix very well
  • Place the vegetables in a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180C

Խորոված Բանջարեղեն

Բաղադրիչներ:
- 1 ցուկինի
- 1 սմբուկ
- 1 բոլոր պղպեղ
- 10 շամպինիոն
- 1 մեծ կարմիր սոխ
- 1 գլուխ սխտոր
- 2 թ.գ. ֆրանսիական խոտ
- Ձիթայուղ, աղ, պղպեղ

Պատրաստման եղանակ:
Բոլոր բանջարեղենը կտրատել 2x2 սմ: Սոխ — կայձ (wedges): Ձիթայուղ, ֆրանս. խոտ, աղ, պղպ. ավելացնել: Ձևի կամ Թ-ի վրա 200°C, 30-40 րոպե:
